Positive: Breakfast super great, reception staff super nice, the location itself is great. My most favorite hotel in AA.

Negative: Several times, the service in the outside restaurant was way too slow, or sluggish better to say. Otherwise, all fine.

Positive: I would like to highly praise the hotel staff – the rooms were always clean, and the service was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I really appreciated being able to store my belongings with you before returning a few days later from another city. A wonderful experience, thank you!

Negative: My only small comment is that I had to wait a bit for coffee during breakfast, but that’s a minor detail. Overall, a wonderful experience, thank you!

Positive: The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. They even allowed us to leave our belongings at the hotel when we traveled outside of AA for two weeks. The shuttle bus to the airport also works great.
